For us at Paulaw AB ("Paulaw"), it is important that your personal data is processed in a secure and correct manner. You should be able to feel safe when you entrust us with your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how and why we process your personal data. Your data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


Paulaw AB (559263-2193) is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.

Paulaw collects your personal data when you fill in your personal data through our contact form on the website or through one of our social media advertisements or when you sign up for coaching, training or other programs provided by or through Paulaw. 


The personal data that Paulaw processes is name, email address, any other contact details, any contact person at the company and any personal data needed to maintain the business relationship with you, such as data for communication or invoicing. 


If you sign up for one of our programs, we will also use your information to register you as a participant in the program and to administer, implement and evaluate the program. 


We retain your personal data for the purpose of maintaining a business relationship with you, communicating future offers and, if necessary, being able to offer you certificates of completed training with us. 


The legal basis for the personal data processing described above is performance of the Contract (to be able to maintain the business relationship, implement programs etc.), and Legitimate Interest (evaluation of programs and to be able to communicate offers etc.). You can always contact us if you do not wish to receive communication, offers etc. from us.


If you choose to provide a testimonial, the legal basis for our processing of the personal data provided in the testimonial is Consent.

Your personal data is only stored for as long as it is needed for the purpose of the processing or otherwise required by other applicable legislation, such as the Book-keeping Act (Sw. bokföringslagen).

Your data is stored and protected in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and is not, except to our external accounting firm for invoicing purposes, shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

According to current data protection legislation, you have the right to request information about how your personal data is processed. For example, you have the right to request restriction of or objection to the processing of your personal data and can withdraw a previously given consent at any time. This website uses so-called "cookies" for search, navigation, etc. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer.
