My experience of coaching with Paula has been remarkably beneficial. I find it difficult to access or even recognize my fears and the control they exude over my life.  Paula was objective, attentive, patient and diligent in offering varying angels of perception, finding coping methods and gaining self-trust; through, addressing my fears.

I am finally able to view my fears as my inner self simply trying to protect me. This allows me to comfortably regain control over my life, without regret.

oach training program is regarded as the gold standard of coaching by Harvard Medical School, that has linked the Co-Active Model to evidence-based scientific research about its effectiveness.

Coaching and Science

Science has revealed that when the brain is influenced by the chemicals associated with stress, it is less creative and less able to think of long-term solutions.

Co-Active principles offer a variety of ways to help individuals move out of a reactive state and create new possibilities for moving forward with tools and skills that can be linked to neuroscientifically proven stress-reduction techniques, right-left hemisphere integration, and neuroplasticity.

As neuroplasticity expert Norman Doidge points out in his famous book The brain that Changes Itself, there is substantial evidence that we can “rewire our brains with our thoughts.” But because the default in our brain is to go with the pathways that are already developed, it is difficult to change without focused, supported, intentional effort — and this is where the science of coaching can be applied.

Co-Active Coaching provides a robust framework for achieving profound and lasting change.
